To grow our District to be at least 3 times of current size, consisting of strong Clubs and committed set of Rotarians.

A very high emphasis on fellowship within the Rotary families, lots of collaboration in sharing successes, doable projects which can be executed jointly or individually adopted by the Club in their area.

Sharing of international fellowship, relationships to promote inter-country fellowship, Global Grants, joint projects and friendships to serve Humanity.

Involve community and community-based organizations, make youth the driving force by forming Rotaract, Interact Clubs and RVCs for Rotary Growth, Projects and Sustainability thereof.

I feel it is time now to share our Rotary experience among our fellow Rotarians, each of us Rotarians and Clubs have a unique set of Skills and experience in their field as well as Rotary. We need to promote exchange of these Skills and experience with each other.
